Our own story began in 1968, with a desire to
share our love and knowledge of authentic, hand-knotted carpets. It was a
modest beginning. Our showroom was small. And we only sold a handful of rugs at
first. But we were ecstatic, because we were helping keep the centuries-old
tradition of carpet weaving alive.
Today, we’re the largest purveyor of
hand-knotted Persian and Oriental carpets in Canada.
It’s fitting that it took us 40 years to get here. After all, masterpieces take
time.
Preview Our Collection
We carry 5000 Persian and Oriental carpets in traditional, transitional and contemporary designs, as well as specialties (antiques, antique reproductions, silk classics, kilims and tableaus). Only the finest materials and time-honored techniques were used to create them. And each one was acquired directly from source, without involving middlemen.
